Getting here
We are at Tigoi Shopping Centre, off the Kisumu–Kakamega Highway. Matatus on the Kisumu–Kakamega road stop at Tigoi, and boda bodas can drop you at the gate. Limited parking is available on site.
Visiting hours (inpatients)
Visiting hours are 12:30–2:00 pm and 5:00–7:00 pm daily. To help patients rest and prevent infection, we allow a maximum of 2 visitors per patient at a time. Children under 12 should not visit the ward unless agreed with the nurse in charge.
Visitor guidance: Please wash or sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the ward, do not visit if you are unwell, and follow instructions from our staff.

What to bring
- Your national ID or birth certificate (for children)
- SHA/insurance details
- Any previous medical records, test results or medicines
- Your Mother & Child Health booklet (for maternity and child visits)
